THOSE AGAINST SAME-SEX MARRIAGE AREN’T THINKING STRAIGHT
(OR ARE THEY?)
- KENNETH COLE

Kenneth Cole wanted to celebrate gay pride month and do some good while he was at it. No surprise there. Kenneth Cole- the man and the company- has long been an advocate for LGBT causes.

This time around, he’s teaming up with HRC to raise money and get the word about when it comes to how he feels about gay marriage.

"HRC is a compassionate and intelligent voice speaking out for LGBT Americans and now is the time to point out that ’Those Against Same-Sex Marriage are not thinking straight. Or are they?" Cole says. And it’s that second statement that is precisely what he has put on a new t-shirt through his not-for-profit entity that supports, empowers and encourages acts of service, volunteerism and social change AWEARNESS.

Very cool shirt, of course. Black with purple writing and trés soft fabric. And, of course, a fabulous fit. You can find the limited edition t-shirt at Kenneth Cole New York stores nationwide as well as Kennethcole.com and hrc.org. It retails for $35, and aside from making a great statement- and making the wearer look fabulous- 100% of net proceeds go to the AWEARNESS FUND and HRC.

Kenneth Cole New York is also holding host events in five cities- Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Chicago and Dallas- during Gay Pride Week. On the designated nights, 20% of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to The Human Rights Campaign.

Good clothes and good deeds. That’s my kind of t-shirt.

Help the cause- and pick up a sexy tee- at these events:
